Healthcare Access Project, located at 1111 Eucalyptus St, Oceanside, CA 92054, provides educational programs and implementation support to help healthcare professionals create nonprofit organizations. Our primary offering is the Healthcare Nonprofit Accelerator, an 8-module online course priced at $6,000.

Important Disclaimer: We are an educational company and are NOT affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education, federal loan servicers, or any government agency. We do not provide debt relief services or loan forgiveness programs.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Our services are intended for licensed healthcare professionals. By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a licensed healthcare professional or qualify for professional licensing
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• All information provided is accurate and complete

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our programs remain the exclusive property of Healthcare Access Project. You receive a non-transferable license to use materials for your personal nonprofit formation only.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell program materials
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source materials
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website
• Impersonate Healthcare Access Project or our representatives

8. Limitation of Liability

Healthcare Access Project provides educational services only. We make no guarantees about loan forgiveness outcomes, as PSLF programs are administered by federal agencies beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where Healthcare Access Project is headquartered.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to program materials may be revoked, though you retain materials already downloaded within the scope of your license.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Healthcare Access Project is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
